Future Plan


Future Plans:

In any environmental situation and crisis period, the teaching program will be kept normal through the remote learning platform (Blending Method). Necessary initiatives have been taken to ensure digital student attendance management including creation of ID card and database along with Civil Registration & Vital Statistics (CRVS). The initiative has been taken. In order to ensure quality education for all children, initiatives will be taken to involve the local community more with the primary schools in addition to the implementation of various initiatives taken by the government.

All the teachers should sincerely apply the knowledge gained in the classroom and strengthen the monitoring system. Besides, other plans include organizing workshops on the role of social engagement and effective communication to improve quality primary education, organizing meetings and seminars to make SMCs and PTAs effective, and developing tools to measure learning deficits, identifying weak students and ensuring remedial measures. As a Mentor, I will fully cooperate with the head and assistant teachers to provide correct understanding of the assessment and new curriculum (2022).
