Vission and Mission

Vision:

To ensure quality based education for all children by increasing and implementing professional skills through training of all primary school teachers in Jhalkathi Sadar Upazila. Providing training as per requirement  after determining the need and sending the report along with the Directorate.

Mission:

To ensure merit based quality education for all children – 1. Proper utilization of inspection and inspection execution 2. Development of teacher's attitude and professional skills through continuous  teacher training 3. Determining the needs and providing training according to the needs and sending the report to the directorate. 4. Providing digital support to URC-adjacent model government primary schools and bridging learning gaps.
